Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools. Ecclesiastes 7:9 NIV
There is a popular saying that you can't control people's actions, but you can control your reaction. We all have days when things happen that make us fly off the handle. And when we have, we are quickly agitated at small things. When we are in stressful situations it's even harder to not let your spirit get provoked.
It's important to pray first. Breathe. Count to ten. Understand how you need to react rather than reacting without thinking. It's almost like you need to physically give your mind and soul over to God. He promises to give you peace in your soul. Allow him to do that for you.
And remember to pray before you react.
